The Diverse Elders Coalition Takes on ASA On Aging Conference
The Diverse Elders Coalition and its members’ organizations were well represented at this year’s Americans Society on Aging On Aging conference, making it the perfect opportunity to reunite with one another! For many of us, it was our first time meeting!
The Diverse Elder Coalition is comprised of six member organizations, with each representing a specific diverse community. Although our work with each other is highly collaborative, seldom do we get to meet in person. Events like the On Aging conference give us a great opportunity to showcase the great work that we do for our diverse communities and a perfect opportunity to reunite with one another…and it felt so great!
Below are some highlights from the conference (and events)!
